Our property is large, and we keep guest numbers intentionally small, which makes for a very special experience but also means cancellations hit us harder than they might at a larger operation. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before arrival. Any unapplied payment may be used toward a future stay within one year of the original arrival date. If you need a bit more flexibility, please email us. We are often happy to hold your dates without a deposit unless another guest requests them.
One of the residences is designed for persons with disabilities and has zero step entry (no steps required to access the residence).
